Residents enjoy multiple parks and a dog park section. The parks have several shaded pavilions, picnic tables & restrooms.

Entry gate remains locked at all times — key required

• Rules are posted on the gate
• Dogs must be leashed when walking through Original Carrollwood Park to the dog park
• No organized team sports or practice
• No group activities (including scouts) without prior approval
• No motorized vehicles in the park
• No alcohol
• Parties should remove their trash and trash bags from the park
• No large rental equipment (like Moon Walks) permitted

Built in 1964 and renovated in 2006, this is the original site of the Carrollwood beach and boat ramp.

• Absolutely no dogs allowed at Scotty Cooper Park

This play area is designated for four-legged Original Carrollwood residents. This one-acre property had been part of Original Carrollwood Park but now is separated. Just north of Original Carrollwood Park’s entrance, the Dog Park access is on Orange Grove across from Phoenix Circle.

Please be sure that your dog is:

• Leashed when entering and exiting dog area
• Never left unattended
• Under voice command at all times

Dog owners are required to:

• Clean up after their dogs
• Fill any holes dug by their dogs
• Bring no more than three dogs per visit
• Keep food out of dog park (people and dog food)
• Keep children under constant supervision

Failure to follow these rules may result in the dog and owner to be removed from the park and possible suspension of Dog Park privileges.
