Lake Carroll is owned by the Carrollwood Civic Association. Our goal is preserve the and protect the beauty and usability of the lake with as few restrictions as practical).

Your construction or renovation plan must be presented to CCA board for approval prior to commencement. Contact the CCA "Standards Committee" for guidance

You will need:

  • detailed drawing
  • scaled map of proposed dock
  • property survey
  • EPC approval
  • info about water levels at dock
  • height of structures (if any)
  • signed release from affected neighbors
